I have the distinction of being but one of a small handful of Real Estate brokers here in North Carolina who is also a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing®, part of an international network of real estate professionals who specialize in the luxury homes market. Designations and Certifications I've Been Awarded:
A lot of my clients have asked me what all the acronyms mean after my name. Well let me be the first to tell you it means I'm highly educated in a number of important aspects of real estate and it has not gone unnoticed! Of the twenty-four Designations and Certifications currently awarded by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), I have been awarded sixteen of them; here are the sixteen of the twenty-four Designations and Certifications along with three others I have been awarded for a total of fifteen Designations and Certifications:

Drove a round trip (8 hours) to see one of his listings that looked great on Zillow. Got there and the house looked NOTHING like the photos, full of rot and all kinds of issues. I was pretty PO'd about this, waste of time and money to see something I would have paid cash for. I called him to discuss and he was all "well I didn't know, this photos are "x" months old and the listing was "x" months old shorter than the photos but that makes no sense. The damage was far older than the few months BS he fed me. I advised, you should fix that so people buying from out of state or people like me who drive all day do not waste our time. These changes or updates were never made. Dishonesty and passing the buck is not something to build confidence. I would never do business with this person.

Bryan was very helpful in finding and showing us a lot of homes and in being aggressive with negotiations on the selling price and asking the seller for other concessions. Bryan also gave good advice on home inspection, insurance agent and utilities connections. Overall he was great. Regarding Coldwell Banker, there was a dizzying amount of paperwork to sign up front which was disconcerting and really all necessary?? Also, for the closing costs, there was a “technology fee� of several hundred dollars which seemed over the top, just to get some money out of you.
